Gluten-Free Menu Plan 6-28-14 | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

I’m so encouraged when I hear from you that my gluten-free menu plan is helpful to you. I expect that most of you don’t follow it completely, but I do hope that it gives you ideas and inspiration. If you haven’t told me before, I’d love for you to leave a comment and tell me how it helps you!

This week I’ve provided five (instead of six) main dish ideas, but I have included a list of 4th of July recipes at the end.

These recipes are all gluten free. I also provide suggestions for making meals dairy free and grain free.

Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Gluten-Free Menu Plan (London Broil)| The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Grilled London Broil, Zucchini with Onions, Mashed Potatoes – All grain free. Use milk and butter substitutes to make the potatoes dairy free.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Southwestern Pasta)| The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Baked Chicken Breasts (or grilled), Southwestern Pasta, fresh steamed green beans – Use dairy free salad dressing for the chicken breasts. Omit the pasta salad if grain free.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Fish Tacos)| The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Fish Tacos and Salad – For grain free make a taco salad


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Beef & Green Beans)| The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Beef & Green Beans (Slow Cooker) with rice (omit if grain free)


Gluten-Free Menu Plan (Italian Sausage and Pasta)| The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Italian Sausage and Pasta – This recipe includes broccoli. You can modify it to leave out the pasta if grain free or substitute quinoa if you eat that.


Breakfast Idea

Zucchini Muffins


Dessert Idea

Angel Food Cake – Serve with fresh berries.
