I hope all you moms have a great Mother’s Day tomorrow! I’m so happy to be spending Mother’s Day with my boys AND my two new daughters in law! (Honestly, I love these girls so much.)
This week’s gluten-free menu plan includes salmon (that’s what we’re having for Mother’s Day dinner), some easy weeknight meals, and homemade calzones for a special treat. The sausage and spinach quiche can be made for breakfast or dinner, and it can be made with or without a crust. Without the crust it can easily be made grain free.
And don’t miss the angel food cake! It’s a favorite dessert in this family for sure.
