It’s a busy time of year for us. Graduations and weddings abound, and along with the festivities come parties and food. That means we’re eating fewer meals at home, but it’s always good to have a plan.
This gluten-free menu plan is dairy free except for the cheeseburger fries, which work well with Daiya cheese substitute. If you’re grain free, you need to make a few adjustments.
Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Beans & Bacon (Slow Cooker) with salad. Serve with cheese if you eat dairy.
Chicken Scampi – If grain free, try using spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles in place of the pasta.
Pineapple Cinnamon Chicken (Slow Cooker) with quinoa and broccoli.
Spanish Rice with Sausage and a salad – For grain free, I skip the Spanish rice and have a salad with sausage on the side or a cold protein on the salad.
Cheeseburger Fries and salad – Daiya cheese substitute works well in this recipe.
Blueberry Coconut Flour Muffins with a breakfast meat such as bacon!
