Gluten-Free Menu Plan 5-31-14 | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

It’s a busy time of year for us. Graduations and weddings abound, and along with the festivities come parties and food. That means we’re eating fewer meals at home, but it’s always good to have a plan.

This gluten-free menu plan is dairy free except for the cheeseburger fries, which work well with Daiya cheese substitute. If you’re grain free, you need to make a few adjustments.

Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Gluten-Free Menu Plan 5-31-14 (Beans and Bacon) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Beans & Bacon (Slow Cooker) with salad. Serve with cheese if you eat dairy.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan 5-31-14 (Chicken Scampi) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Chicken Scampi – If grain free, try using spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles in place of the pasta.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan 5-31-14 (Salisbury Steak) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Salisbury Steak with Asparagus Soup – If grain free, use instant potatoes in the Salisbury steak and arrowroot starch in the cream soup.

Pineapple Cinnamon Chicken (Slow Cooker) with quinoa and broccoli.


Gluten-Free Menu Plan 5-31-14 (Spanish Rice with Sausage) | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Spanish Rice with Sausage and a salad – For grain free, I skip the Spanish rice and have a salad with sausage on the side or a cold protein on the salad.

Cheeseburger Fries  and salad – Daiya cheese substitute works well in this recipe.


Breakfast Idea
