    Linda, here is to another week of delicious meal ideas.

    I am amazed at the amount of food allergies that are out there and how many people are still not aware of the choices that they have.

    You can still eat delicious and healthy meals even if you are suffering from a food allergy.

    Part of that is due to people like you who are willing to share your knowledge.
    The crock pot chicken sounds quick, easy, and mess free. Who wouldn’t enjoy a meal like that?

    The calzone is another one that I will have to try soon, it will eliminate the need for takeout!

    Thanks for sharing and I can’t wait to see what next week’s meals are.
