Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Salsa Chicken (slow cooker) – This recipe from The Happy Housewife is super quick and easy to put together in the crock pot and have ready at dinner time.  Serve with rice and a salad.  Cook extra rice for fried rice the next night.

Pork Fried Rice – This recipe is from Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures.  Be sure to use gluten-free soy sauce.

Baked Salmon – Don’t want salmon?  Try tilapia with tomatoes or baked catfish.  Serve with Rice and Quinoa Pilaf and asparagus in wine.

Sloppy Joes (slow cooker) – Bake fresh hamburger buns and serve the Sloppy Joes with salad.

Pork Tenderloin with Maple Glaze – This recipe comes from Shirley at gfe  and sounds delicious.  Serve with roasted red potatoes and green beans almandine.

Meatball Subs – These are great served on Three Bakers hoagie rolls, but any gluten-free bread would work.

Apple Puff Pancakes, Bacon – If you like breakfast for dinner try this recipe, which is baked in a casserole dish.  It comes from Kim at Cook It Allergy Free.
