Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Fresh Veggies and Dip – My family just loves this baked version of macaroni and cheese.  Try using Daiya and almond milk if you are dairy free.

Chicken Breasts with Garlic Sauce, Roasted Red Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli – Breading the chicken helps keep it moist, and I love the garlic sauce with it.

Taco Soup, Salad – I like to enjoy soup as long as I can before the weather turns really hot.  This taco soup is a great choice.

Citrus Cinnamon Chicken, Rice, and Green Beans Almandine – Put this flavorful chicken in the crock pot and have it ready at dinner time.

Salmon Cakes, Asparagus Soup, Mashed Cauliflower – I love fresh spring asparagus and soup is a great way to serve it.  Salmon cakes are an easy pantry meal to go with it.

Pizza, Salad – Ah, we love pizza.  Use Daiya cheese substitute if you’re dairy free.

Sausage Gravy and Biscuits, Fresh fruit – Here’s a favorite breakfast for dinner recipe.

Dessert Idea

These clusters are really easy to make, and everyone likes them.  They also have less sugar than many desserts.

This menu is based on the monthly menu plan that is created for your benefit.  I’m a bit more casual about my own menu planning.  These days I’m likely to have two to six adults here for dinner, and I often don’t know until that day. So, this is not necessarily my personal menu plan, but I hope it is helpful to you!
