Gluten-Free Menu Plan 3-29-14

Gluten-Free Menu Plan 3-29-14 | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

In recent months I have enjoyed creating the weekly gluten-free menu for you in Glossi format, but Glossi is switching to mobile only, so I will not be able to continue sharing menus that way.

Never fear, your gluten-free menu plan will still be right here. I hope it gives you dinner ideas for the week. Even if you don’t follow this plan exclusively, it can be a springboard for ideas.

Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan

Gluten-Free Chicken Parmesan | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Chicken Parmesan with gluten-free pasta and salad. You can omit the cheese for a dairy free version or use a cheese substitute. If grain free, try coating with almond flour and use spaghetti squash in place of pasta.

Taco Soup | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Taco Soup with veggies and dip. Add cheese and sour cream if not dairy free. Omit corn if grain free.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Baked Macaroni and Cheese with steamed broccoli. My family loves this one so I make it for them regularly. I eat something else that night—usually leftovers.

Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Sloppy Joes (slow cooker recipe but could be made on the stove top) with hamburger buns (click for my gluten-free recipe) and salad. Omit the buns if grain free.

Baked Catfish | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Baked Catfish (or other fish that you prefer), rice, and green beans.

Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Pizza with salad. Being grain and dairy free I no longer try to make pizza for myself. I usually have a large salad with meat toppings.

Breakfast Idea

Zucchini Quiche Muffins | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Zucchini Quiche Muffins

Dessert Idea

Lemon Thumbprint Cookies | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Lemon Thumbprint Cookies if you don’t make the cookies, at least make the lemon curd that’s used in the center of the cookies. Put it on whatever you want. It’s delicious!
