Chicken Parmesan served with gluten-free pasta and salad. For dairy free, use a cheese substitute. For grain free, use coconut flour, almond flour, or other grain free coating for the chicken and omit the pasta or use zucchini noodles.

Salmon Cakes, broccoli, and rice. – Omit rice for grain free.
Hot Pockets with salad – Omit cheese for dairy free or use a sub. These cannot be made grain free (go with something completely different or eat leftovers).
