Although this winter has been much colder than usual, and I’m not particularly enjoying that, I do enjoy winter cooking. I like making chilis and soups and turning on my oven to bake chicken and quiche.

The hamburger spinach quiche is one of my favorite recipes, though I prefer the flavor when made with my homemade breakfast sausage. I often make it without any crust, but the quiche recipe includes links to crust options if you want them.
