This week’s gluten-free menu plan starts off with delicious potato soup with bacon. The whole chicken is meant to have leftovers that can be used in the chicken pot pie.
Depending on the size of your family, you may want to cook two chickens and roast them in the oven rather than cook them in the crock pot. Or, you could cook one in the crock pot so that it’s ready for dinner, and then cook a second in the oven while you eat dinner. Leftover chicken is always good to have on hand.
