My family really loves the salmon chowder pictured on the front of this week’s menu plan. I make it dairy free with coconut milk, and they don’t know the difference. It would make a nice New Year’s Day dinner.
There are several slow cooker meals in this week’s menu plan, but the whole chicken could be roasted. Use the leftover chicken for easy chicken divan the next night.
The hot pockets take a little work, but they are a real treat if you have time to do it.
