This week’s gluten-free menu plan includes two slow cooker meals as well as baked chicken and fish. Coating chicken and fish is a great way to keep it moist. This week’s chicken and garlic sauce recipe uses gluten-free bread crumbs to do that, and the baked catfish uses coconut flour.
Use whatever coating you like (bread crumbs, flour, crushed chips or gf cereal). Coating is an extra step,though. If you’re short on time, skip the coating and just bake it!
