Gluten-Free Menu Plan 11-23-13

If you’re like me, this week is filled with Thanksgiving plans, and other meals take a back seat. With that in mind, I have several easy recipes that still pack lots of flavor.

Okay, the chicken scampi recipe isn’t that easy, but you might want to try it with leftover turkey. I’ve also included turkey pot pie which is definitely a delicious way to use leftover turkey and broth.
