This week’s gluten-free menu starts off with a delicious chowder that my family loves (even the dairy free version). There are several easy recipes (baked chicken, California Pilaf, and Citrus Cinnamon Chicken) that can be used on your busiest nights.
The ratatouille pictured on the cover is one of my favorite vegetable dishes. When I can find good zucchini and egg plant, I like making it this time of year because it bakes for a long time.
