This week’s gluten-free menu plan has some easy yet family favorite recipes including chicken and broccoli stir fry, taco soup, and cheeseburger rice. I realize looking at it, there there are several beef recipes in a row, but ground turkey can easily be used in the taco soup with great results.
And don’t miss the desserts. I chose the cherry chocolate cupcakes with Valentine’s Day in mind. I know it’s not this week, but you might want to give them a try before the special day. Make them for your family or for your kids to share. They’re a hit with gluten-free and gluten eaters alike.

Weekly Gluten-Free Menu Plan
Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry with Rice – If grain free, omit the rice and thicken with arrowroot starch.
Spaghetti with Meatballs and Salad – If grain free, use zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
Taco Soup with Veggies and Dip – If grain free, omit the corn and use homemade taco seasoning.
