Gluten-Free Menu 5-27-12

If you are planning a menu for this week, here are some ideas from my menu last week.  And in case you missed it, here are a few gluten-free Memorial Day recipes.

Except for the chicken Kiev, it was a week of easy meals.

meatballs and spaghetti

Spaghetti – I didn’t have time to make meatballs, but I did intend to.  Instead, the meat was browned in a skillet.

Chicken Kiev – I made an oven baked version that I’ll be sharing with you soon.  I served it with small potatoes.

California Pilaf – This is another quick and easy dinner that everyone likes.  It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

pizza slice

Pizza – I doubled this recipe and made one pizza with regular cheese and one with cheddar style goat cheese.

Ham and Eggs – We often eat breakfast type foods on the weekend.  This  one is well liked and provides lots of protein.  I served it with fresh fruit.

What’s on your menu plan this week?
