Gluten-Free Menu 12-2-12

Gluten Free Menu 12-2-12_thumb[2]

Well, I have to apologize because I promised you that I would have December’s menu plan done and it’s not. I will try to get it done this week so keep an eye out for it.

Here’s what we had for dinner last week.

Meatloaf, Sweet Potatoes, & Green Beans – I actually cooked the meatloaf in the oven rather than the crock pot. The sweet potatoes were leftover from Thanksgiving.

chicken and vegetables

Crock Pot Chicken and Vegetables with Rice – This is a basic meal that is always good.

Lemon Chicken Pasta with Broccoli – I used the leftover chicken to make a pasta dish with tomatoes, onions, garlic, lemon and mustard.

Chicken Gravy with Leftover Rice or Pasta and Salad – I still had leftover chicken so I made a very meaty gravy with it.

Mini Corn Dog Muffins and Fruit Salad – This was a casual weekend meal that the kids always enjoy.
