How many nights do you make in advance? How do you not get glue like noodles with make ahead? Also, do you make freezer meals??

Susan, I usually do not make dinners in advance. Occasionally I double a recipe and freeze the extra. Pasta I don’t make in advance. I cook it fresh. I hope that helps.

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
