I’ve been reading Gluten-Free Living Magazine since I was first diagnosed in 2000. It has been a trusted source of information, and in the early years of my gluten-free journey, I devoured the magazine as soon as it arrive in my mail box.
We can all thank Gluten-Free Living for doing research and talking to manufacturers and reporting the facts about the gluten-free status of foods and ingredients. I know that I am personally grateful and have learned so much from the magazine.
That’s why I’m excited to be attending their Gluten-Free Living Conference this year and wanted tell you about it too.
Here’s the key information about conference
When: April 5 & 6
Where: Orlando, Florida
Registration: $15 each day or $20 for two days
Web site: www.gflconference.com
Dr. Alessio Fasano will be the keynote speaker. He’s the founder of the Center for Celiac Research. I’ve heard him speak numerous times, and I’ve always enjoyed it and learned from him.
I’m going to be traveling to the conference with Shirley of gluten free easily. We’re attending the Blogger University, which takes place on the 4th and is an additional cost, and we’ll stay until Sunday.
I’d love to see some of you there. If you plan on attending, leave a comment so I know to look for you!
