GFW: Gluten Free Bread, Blueberry Coffee Cake, & Grain Free Rhubarb Crumble

Gluten-Free Wednesdays | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Welcome to another week of sharing great gluten-free eating recipes and ideas. Before we get started I have a few things that might interest you.

  • If you have celiac disease, and in particular if you have problems with ongoing symptoms, it would be worth looking into the CeliAction Study.
  • If you live near an ALDI, don’t miss my $50 gift certificate giveaway with two winners!

This carnival is co-hosted by my friends Shirley of gfe–gluten free easily and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. Your links will show up on all three sites!

  3. Thank you so much for featuring my blueberry coffee cake this week and on your facebook page!

  4. Hi Linda,

Thanks for hosting. This week I’m sharing my friday night love- Gluten free Fish and Chips.

Hope your having a good week so far.

  5. I want to make all your featured recipes. Each one looks fabulouw.

  6. Hi Linda

Thank you so much for highlighting my rhubarb crumble, how lovely of you. I also really appreciate you sharing it on FB, what a lot of views it got! I hope people decide to make it (though I hope they don’t add food colouring as was suggested in the comments).

I make the crumble topping separately and add it to the fruit as suggested in the post because I’ve found that grain free crumble can go a little soggy!

I hope you have a lovely week. I shared my peach pudding cake recipe today and now I’m going to look at more of the shared recipes.

    Vicky

    • Hi Vicky. You’re very welcome. I love rhubarb and wanted to buy some yesterday to try your crumble, but the selection was very poor. I agree that food coloring would not be an improvement on the recipe! Thanks for participating in GF Wednesdays.

  7. Hi Linda,

Thanks for hosting again this week. Time almost got away from me this week. (Our kids are off to a two week overnight camp and I have become a bit lazy :-)

This week I shared my gluten free blond brownies with peanut butter chips. I hope your readers enjoy :-) Have a great week.

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
