GFW: Chocolate Chunk Zucchini Muffins, Key Lime Cheesecake & Bacon n’ Egg Salad

Gluten-Free Wednesdays | The Gluten-Free Homemaker

Hi everybody!  It’s time for another week of sharing great gluten-free eating recipes and ideas. As this carnival has grown, it has become necessary to clarify the guidelines.

I have mentioned the importance of following the guidelines so that you entry is eligible to be shared on social media and highlighted the following week, but not following the guidelines could also mean that your entry is deleted from the linky. Please be sure to read the guidelines, which have been updated, and use the “Carnival” section below as a weekly checklist.

This carnival is co-hosted by my friends Shirley of gfe–gluten free easily (and All Gluten-Free Desserts) and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. Your links will show up on all three sites!  Here’s how to follow each of us:

Last Week’s Highlights

There was a tie for the most popular post from last week, and they’re both great:

The Carnival

We appreciate your participation and are happy to share many of the links on social media sites. However, as much as we hate to put a damper on this fun carnival, entries that do not follow the guidelines will not be shared and will be deleted from the linky.

    • You must link back to one of the co-hosts in the text of your post (not on a separate page with a bunch of carnival links).
    • Links should be about a gluten-free eating idea. While it doesn’t have to be a recipe, it should be food related.
    • Recipes should have gluten-free ingredients or options in the recipe (not just elsewhere in the text).
    • If you’re new, please read all the guidelines.

Note:  Linking up indicates you are giving permission for us to share your submitted photo and your link via social media or in next week’s post if it is selected as the most popular post for the week or featured as a highlight.

  1. Hi Linda! Thanks for hosting! Love your Quinoa Pilaf. I make one similar :)
This week I’m sharing Brushetta Dip that is also a great topper for chicken.
I hope you have a great week!

  2. Thanks for sharing my Peach Pie Overnight Oats on your Facebook page!

  3. Hi Linda –
Your pick this week would just my choice right now — the bacon and egg salad! My link today also has eggs in it — scrambled eggs with veggies in season, a little like a frittata (GF, DF, nut-free, vegetarian).
Best wishes for a wonderful week :-)

  4. Thanks so much for highlighting the Bacon n’ Egg Salad! I’ve made it a few times in the last two weeks because it’s so good and so easy! Thanks again :)

  5. Phyllis says:

The link to the bacon and egg salad seems to be broken.

  6. Thanks for hosting. This week I’m sharing my GF Vegan Kale White Bean Dip and my GF Vegan Basil Pesto.

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
