‘Tis the season for holiday baking and treat making! Over the next couple of weeks I will remind you of some of my favorite gluten-free desserts that are worthy to be served at Christmas parties, family gatherings, and Christmas Day itself.
I’m going to say upfront that these are not my healthiest recipes. They contain sugar (usually plenty of it) and sometimes products that contain corn syrup. I consider them rare treats, but that’s up to you.

First up is no-fail fudge. Most fudge recipes are gluten free, but this one also works great with the dairy free ingredient suggestions. Fudge is a great item to make early in the month because it can be refrigerated or frozen for later use.
