Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 pound uncooked bulk breakfast sausage
  • ½ cup white rice flour
  • ½ cup tapioca starch/flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 large egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form into balls about 1¼ inches in diameter.
  4. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Makes approximately 40 balls.
