Guacamole

Ingredients
  • 3 avocados
  • ½ an orange bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Place in a bowl.
  2. Add the bell pepper, tomato, garlic, and lime juice.
  3. Mash by hand with a potato masher.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
