- container such as glass jar or pitcher
- foods for infusing (fruit, berries, vegetables, herbs)
- Clean the food that you will be using. If it is a piece of fruit, slice it.
- Place the food items into your jar or pitcher.
- Fill with filtered water.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 2 days.
- Strain before serving.
