Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter (check ingredients)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup gluten-free flour mix (I used Betteā€™s mix)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. With your mixer, cream together the butter and sugars.
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Mix in the flour mix and baking soda.
  5. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
  6. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  8. Cool before cutting.
