Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • 2 pounds frozen gluten-free tater tots (read ingredients to determine gf status)
Instructions
  1. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet and drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the tater tots in a bowl.
  3. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  4. Place a single layer of tater tots on top, covering the whole surface. (I used most, but not all of the bag.)
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
