Ham and Cheese Lunch Skewers
- gluten-free ham cubes (I like to use turkey ham)
- cheddar cheese cubes
- apple chunks
- lemon juice
- Toss the apple chunks in a little diluted lemon juice to keep them from browning.
- Assemble the ham, cheese, and apples on toothpicks or wooden/bamboo skewers. If using skewers, put food on half of the skewer, cut it with scissors, assemble the other half, then cut off the point.
