Paleo Sausage Balls

- 1 pound sausage (I used homemade)
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients. A stand mixer with the paddle attachment works well.
- Form into balls 1¼ inches in diameter.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Makes about 35 balls.
