Paleo Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sausage (I used homemade)
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients. A stand mixer with the paddle attachment works well.
  3. Form into balls 1¼ inches in diameter.
  4. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  5. Makes about 35 balls.
