Product reviews on this blog will note when the product was provided to me free of charge (most of the time but not always).  I do my best to provide you with a fair and accurate review whether the product was free to me or not, and opinions stated are always my own.  People will always have differing opinions, so please do not expect that your opinion of a product will be the same as mine.

Product giveaways are run according to specific instructions on each giveaway post.  The winner is always chosen randomly.

To help you in finding products, I often link to Amazon. Sometimes it is a link to a specific product I use, and sometimes it is a link to a category of products. This helps you to know what I am talking about when I refer to a product or ingredient that you may not be familiar with. It is also a small source of income for me. When you purchase something through an affiliate link, it does not cost you more money, but I do receive a small commission on the sale.

Affiliate links and advertising on this blog help compensate for the many hours spent providing this free resource for you. You never have to purchase through an affiliate link, but I always appreciate it when you do!

The recipes you find here are considered by me to be gluten free.  Some I also consider dairy and soy free.  However, I do not have control over the ingredients you use to make these recipes nor the environment in which you are making them.  At times I list specific brands of ingredients that I used, but companies do change their products at times, and you should always read labels and check on the gluten-free status of a product or ingredient yourself.   When an ingredient is mentioned that may contain gluten, such as soy sauce, I am always referring to a gluten-free version of that ingredient whether noted or not. I am not responsible or liable for any reactions that might result from following the posted recipes.  Your health is your responsibility.
