“If you have a container such as a pitcher, beverage container (such as a water bottle), or vase that you can see is still not clean after you’ve washed it, add some uncooked rice, salt, and hot water to it and shake and swish for several minutes.
These natural scrubbers will almost always do the job!”

Super belated, but thanks for sharing my tip, Linda! I use it more often than I would like. I’d rather not have the problem happen in the first place. Getting the containers rinsed out right away and soaking is key, but sometimes not everyone pays attention to that “rule.”
