Cheeseburger Casserole

cheeseburger casserole

Last night I created a casserole that was similar to a stove-top recipe I have made before.  The kids liked this better.  As you can tell from the title, this is a kid-friendly recipe.  It’s not one of my favorites, but I liked it.  The kids really liked it.  You can vary the amounts of the ingredients to your taste.  I have one kid who doesn’t like a lot of cheese so I went light on that.  It could have used more.  I served it with fresh steamed broccoli which is also a kid favorite around here.

    Linda –

Thanks for dropping by my blog today, I’m always excited to meet new people out there who have Celiac. It’s great to have a network of contacts!

I have to say, I have never thought about topping a casserole with tater tots…I am intrigued.

In answer to your question: My favorite GF meal this week was meatloaf. Yum! I have the recipe on my blog (somewhere) if you want it!

Mmmm made this tonight and it was a hit for the whole fam including my two year old who is gluten free. I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, and replaced the raw onions with freeze dried. Delicious. I always enjoy your recipes.
    Thanks!
