Broccoli Quiche with Hamburger

Broccoli Quiche

I’ve always been a huge fan of eggs, and since being on a low-carb diet, I enjoy them more than ever.  Quiche is a great way to combine eggs with vegetables and protein, and if you’re cutting calories, you can simply omit the crust.  This broccoli quiche includes hamburger or sausage for a complete breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner meal.

  1. I made this tonight and it was delicious! My bf is diabetic and I have problems with gluten, so this was perfect for us. I cut this in half and I added a couple of handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese (because we love cheese!). Yum~~will be making this again and again! Thank you!

  2. I love your weekly recipe round-ups. The hamburger quiche is calling my name right now :) Looking forward to your future recipes!

I just found out about this site and I love how the recipes ingredients are what i usually already have on hand. I can see making good use out of these weekly meus. Being the only one that is dairy, gluten and soy free makes ot difficult to make meals that everyone can enjoy. So thank you!

  4. What could you substitute for the mayo – we never have it around. Greek yogurt?

  5. Shevawn says:

I used to love quiche pre-celiac! My diabetic sister will enjoy this as well.

  6. Shirley says:

My daughter is away at college and has to do gluten free – can you freeze this quiche? I would like to make and freeze for her to take back when she comes home for visits.

    Thanks
