Like yesterday’s dessert roundup, most of these recipes are grain free (not the pumpkin waffles or potato latkes). I use the sausage recipe regularly, sometimes using ground turkey or a combination.
I really enjoy the bread balls, but although they are grain free, they are not low carb, being made from tapioca starch. They’re a real treat.
I love how moist the almond flour and coconut flour recipes turn out. I’m glad that being grain free is forcing me to experiment. They’re great gluten-free flours.
