Happy Wednesday, and welcome to another week of sharing great gluten-free eating recipes and ideas. I love seeing all the fruit recipes that show up in the summer time, don’t you? I’ve highlighted a few from last week below.

This carnival is co-hosted by my friends Shirley of gfe–gluten free easily and All Gluten-Free Desserts and Lynn of Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures. Your links will show up on all three sites!

Hi Linda – Those fruit desserts are hard to chose between — I’d like to sit down with a little serving of each right now. My link this week is Oatmeal Raisin Muffins with Honey, just right for breakfast or a snack. They are gluten-free and can also be dairy-free and nut-free. Thanks for hosting, and have a wonderful week!

    Hi Linda,

Happy Wednesday. I have to say I am intrigued by your taco rice recipe. My son, who is very set in his ways, just tried taco pasta and loved it. (It took a long time to convince him that “tacos” can taste great outside of a crunchy shell.) I am sure he will love your taco rice dish now that he is past this major life hurdle :-)

If you have a question about a recipe (especially substitutions and nutritional information), please read my FAQ page before asking the question in a comment.
