    Happy Wednesday. I have to say I am intrigued by your taco rice recipe. My son, who is very set in his ways, just tried taco pasta and loved it. (It took a long time to convince him that “tacos” can taste great outside of a crunchy shell.) I am sure he will love your taco rice dish now that he is past this major life hurdle :-)
