Almond Cranberry Muffins for March Muffin Madness at gfe

Muffins are a great food, don’t you think? They’re a nice size and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or snack. They can be varied in so many ways, and they’re easy to make gluten free.

That’s why I think March Muffin Madness is a brilliant idea. If you’re not familiar with it, March Muffin Madness is an event that Shirley of gluten free easily hosts. Each day in March she posts a muffin recipe from a different blogger. All of the recipe are gluten free and many are free of other allergens as well.

And you’ll want to leave a comment on the post because every March Muffin Maddness comment enters you in giveaways for three different muffin pans, an immersion blender, a spiral vegetable slicer, an electric pressure cooker, a 12-cup food processor, and—yippeeee—a Blendtec all-in-one-kitchen appliance (with a Wildside Jar)!

Today my almond cranberry muffins are being shared at gfe. They’re one of my favorite muffins, so stop by to view the recipe, and while you’re there take a look at all the other great muffins that have been a part of March Muffin Madness.
