Gluten-Free Wednesdays 1-18-12

Gluten-Free Wednesdays buttonHappy Wednesday!  I hope you are having a good week and are ready to explore new gluten-free recipes and eating ideas.

Thanks for stopping by and adding your link or browsing around.  Either way, I’m glad you’re here!

Giveaway: This week Nuts.com is offering a $25 shopping spree.  Don’t miss a chance to win.  They sell hundred of certified gluten free products.

Monthly Theme: Potatoes are the theme for the month of January, and it’s an easy theme as far as I’m concerned.  We eat a lot of potatoes.   The theme is always a suggestion, not a requirement, but I’ll be looking for potato recipes to highlight this week.

Last Week’s Highlights:

Dill Pickle Soup – Wheat Free Meat Free
Potato and Teff Spice Muffins – Enjoying Gluten-Free Life
Purple Potato and Dill Salad – Stuff I Feed Brian
Potato Corn Chowder – The Nourishing Home
Mashed Potatoes, Allergy Frinedly – The Willing Cook

My Submission:  I have another potato recipe this week.

Slow Cooker Meatloaf and Potatoes

    Thanks for hosting, Linda!

  3. Hi Linda! We had a plethora of sweet potatoes from our CSA, so I made vegan sweet potato and black bean tamales that were delicious! Have a good week!

  4. Thank you so much for the shout-out this week! What a blessing! I truly appreciate it. This week I’m sharing my family’s favorite GF chocolate chip cookie recipe! Thanks again for hosting such a wonderful link-up! Blessings to you, Kelly

Thanks for hosting each week, Linda! I shared a new soup recipe that my family loves, but we eat a lot of potatoes too! One of our favorites is Rosemary Potatoes:

Your slow cooker meatloaf and potatoes looks incredible! I’m adding this to my menu for next week. I linked up my Savory Hashbrowns and my gf, df Chai Spiced Coffee Cake – I’ve been enjoying making breakfast for my college kids!

  7. Thanks for hosting! I shared a Baked Chili Meatballs recipe. They are so easy to make and bake quickly. Thanks again.

  9. laxsupermom says:

My son loves meatloaf, but I’ve never tried it in the slowcooker. Thanks for sharing and for hosting this recipe swap each week.

  10. Thank you for featuring my allergy/gluten-friendly mashed potatoes. It’s the much loved favorites that we don’t realize we can easily love again when having to adjust for allergies or food intolerances. I linked up a deliciously indulgent Chocolate Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake this week that is gluten, dairy, egg, soy, corn, and peanut free.

  11. France says:

Hi Linda, Thanks so much for hosting. Gluten free carnivals are so much fun. There’s all kinds of recipes to open my horizons. I’m sharing a lentil salad recipe that not only wows the taste buds but can be put together in minutes.
    Have a great week.

  12. Amber says:

    Hello,

    This week I shared a dairy-free & cane-sugar free chocolate pumpkin pudding.

    Have a beautiful, health-full week,
    –Amber

  13. Erin says:

I linked my yummy fruit dip! Also, I am going to try your mexican lasagna soon, it looks delicious!!!

  14. I just love the variety here. There are so many good ideas to try! My link this week is for seasonal veggies, Carrots and Parsnips with Horseradish. They are GFCF — in fact, free of most common allergens. It’s the way that the horseradish flavor mingles subtly with the parsnips and carrots that I think makes this combination shine.
