    Hi Linda,
I linked a potato soup that features pickles and fresh dill. It’s perfect for all the pickle lovers out there. (And probably really odd to everyone else.) If nothing else, it’s real easy to make and cheap.

  2. Hi,
I shared my Curried Chicken Salad and a video for making coconut water kefir.

  3. Hi there,
I’m off topic again since we don’t eat potatoes, so this week I posted tips on getting your household 100% gluten-free. Having a gluten-free household has made a huge difference in our son’s health! Plus, it just feels good to know you are totally safe at home!
Even folks who have a shared home may be able to use some of these tips to help keep them safe.

I am linking up my decadent GF S’more Brownies. I hope I don’t cause anyone to break a resolution! :) Thanks for hosting and featuring my red potato recipe.

  5. Jenny says:

I am sharing a new favorite in our household…Potato Muffins!

  6. Oooh, I just got some white sweet potatoes from our CSA. I’ll have to see what I can come up with for next week! Thanks for the inspiration!

  7. Hi Linda
I’m sharing my roundup of all the ways to get greens into a gluten-free diet. Will have to think about potatoes. I think I’ve shared my kale and potato cakes before. Mostly we’re just stuffing baked potatoes lately.

  8. Gina says:

No potatoes in the Mushroom & Artichoke Chicken I linked, but I think it would go great with mashed potatoes. The yummy sauce would be great on them!

A potato recipe we love at our house is this chowder from Whole Foods:
    http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/1864
I just replace the tablespoon of flour with whatever GF I have on hand.

  9. France says:

    Good morning Linda,
I hope you’re having a great week. I’m sharing a recipe for preserved lemons. These little babies will spice up anything from ethnic dishes to sauces, roast chicken and dips.

  10. Thanks for highlighting so many yummy potato recipes. I shared my Vanilla Toffee Ice Cream (Vegan) and Banana Bread (Gluten and Dairy Free) this week. Happy Wednesday!

  11. Amber says:

    Hello There,

This week I am submitting two recipes. First, a creamy dairy-free mushroom soup (that takes about 10 minutes!) and a fun granola (coconut ginger). I made some fun parfaits with my vegan, sugar-free pudding and the granola. Super yummy!!

    Have a wonderful week.

    Best,
    –Amber
