Gluten-Free Wednesdays buttonHi everyone!  If you are looking for gluten-free eating ideas, you’ve come to the right place.  Just browse the links below, and add your own if you’re a blogger.

If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.

Giveaway: This week’s giveaway is delicious Columbus salame.  One has porcini mushrooms and the other has truffles.  Both are tasty and perfect for holiday parties.

Monthly Theme:  December’s theme is chocolate and I’ll be looking for 5 chocolate recipes to highlight each week.  I’m particularly interested in fudge recipes, but any chocolate recipes will fit the theme.

Last Week’s Highlights:  There were lots of great chocolate recipes last week.  Here are a few.

Homemade Chocolate or Carob Chips – Whole New Mom
Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies – The Tasty Alternative
5 Minute Dairy Free Fudge – Live Free, Gluten Free
Easy Peppermint Fudge – Raias Recipes
Crunchy Bittersweet Chocolate Bites – City|Life|Eats
Dark Chocolate Truffle Cookies – Tessa the Domestic Diva

My Submission:  Here’s my fudge recipe for this month’s theme.  It quick and easy and dairy free.

Chocolate is definitely something I can get into! I have linked up my Chocolate Pecan Pie with Pecan Crust recipe.

  2. Thank you so much for hosting! I shared a Creamy Herb Chicken Salad w/ Pomegranate recipe. The combo of the herbs, sweet crunch of the pomegranate arils and the creaminess of the dressing (made from ground sprouted sunflower seeds) is so yummy. Thanks again.

  3. Hi,
I shared my amazing grain-free carrot cake and my holiday butternut squash. Lastly, I shared an article about the 3 Super Foods for Bone and Joint Health.
    Thanks for hosting!

Would you believe I couldn’t come up with a chocolate recipe? I love chocolate!I decided to post the recipe for Reindeer Food from Mrs. Claus.

  5. Thanks for hosting! I posted a recipe for quinoa pomegranate salad and roasted butternut squash.

  6. Because I’m in the middle of the Home for the Holidays … Gluten-Free Style event, I’m not post much on what I’ve made myself right now. So I’m linking Hallie’s Thick and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies that she graciously allowed me to post as part of my review of her new book, The Pure Kitchen. Her cookbook is part of our giveaways for the holiday event. These cookies are so adaptable that I even made them into cut-out cookies. :-)

    Loving ALL the chocolate! ;-)
