Gluten-Free Wednesdays button

Hi everyone!  Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays.  It might look a little different here with my new blog design, but you’re in the right place! I can’t wait to see what you have cooked up this week.

If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.

Giveaway: This week’s giveaway is delicious Pamela’s Whenever Bars.  They really are great, so don’t miss a chance to win some.

Monthly Theme: November’s theme is stuffing.  I have a bit more energy these days and am hoping to try my hand at gluten-free stuffing soon so I have a recipe to share with you before Thanksgiving.  I’ll be looking for stuffing recipes this week that I can highlight next week.  Remember to leave a link back.

  4. Love the changes! I’ve linked up a hearty, but wholesome butternut squash and split pea soup.

  5. Hi Linda. Lots of cooking again at my house with one kid home from college. I’m linking up a new vegetable cake twist that he wolfed down. Thanks for all your support.

  6. laxsupermom says:

  7. I like the new look! I don’t have a stuffing recipe, but a nut-free, grain-free granola recipe. Thanks for hosting! –S

  8. Kalinda says:

    Hi Linda,

I took you up on your stuffing challenge. I found it funny when you announced the challenge and said that you expected fewer submissions, because in my head I said “who wouldn’t want to make stuffing?”. My family usually makes bread stuffing, so I tried cornbread to mix it up a bit.

  9. Stephanie says:

I’m also a fan of the new look! The trend toward cleaner design really pleases me.

This week, I left a link to a basic red cabbage slaw: http://groundcherry.wordpress.com/2011/11/08/red-cabbage-with-fruit-slaw/. Delicious, and it can be prepared ahead.

  10. Thanks for hosting! I posted a profile for canned salmon, a great, budget-friendly solution for good eating.

  11. Kim B says:

I recently tried a Whenever bar. It was excellent, I have been waiting for a bar like this. My son was pleasantly surprised too when it wasn’t dry and tasteless. Can’t wait to try more flavors. so I would love to win these!

  12. Wow! I’m blown away every time I come here, Linda. You and all are doing great with keeping the recipes coming. :-) Thanks so much for hosting! I’ve linked up some Samoa-taste cookies that I just created. They’re gluten free, grain free, dairy free, egg free, and vegan (if desired) but have the chewy, dense taste of Samoas with chocolate and coconut playing the major roles. It’s surprising since they look like traditional chocolate chip cookies. ;-)

  13. France says:

Hi Linda, I’m sharing a recipe for Polish Borscht Soup. I hope you have a great rest of your week.

  14. Libby says:

  15. I am sharing my Smoked Salmon Avocado Recipe. Thanks for hosting!

  16. Lea H @ Nourishing Treasures says:

I shared my Sesame Chia Green Apple Salad.
