Hi everyone!  If you are looking for some gluten-free eating ideas, you’ve come to the right place.  Just browse the links below, and add your own if you’re a blogger.  If you get this post by email, remember to click over to the site later in the day or sometime tomorrow to see what great ideas have been gathered here.

Giveaway: This week I have a Gluten-Free Naturals giveaway going on. The winner will receive three bags of gluten-free multigrain bread flour.

Monthly Challenge: April’s challenge is to create a gluten-free dessert bar.  I’ll be highlighting dessert bar recipes starting next week.  Keep in mind I’m looking for dessert bars not snack bars.  We’ll do snack bars another month.

Last Week’s Highlights:

Fruits and Nuts: A Paleo Dessert Bar – A Mom on a Mission

My Submission: This week I’m submitting my dessert bar entry.

Coconut Pineapple Bars

The Carnival: If you’re new, please read the guidelines.  Don’t forget to leave a link back, and thanks for participating!

  1. Dear Linda,
I can’t find the Linky for today…is it hiding somewhere?

    Thanks,
    Pat

  2. Glad I’m not the only one, Pat! I’ll check back later. I have some deliciousness to link up! :)

    Hi Linda,
I shared my gluten and grain-free matzoh balls. I also shared my naturally dyed Easter eggs another food related article. I hope you like them!

  4. Thanks, Linda –

I’ve linked Navy Bean Soup today, one of my husband’s favorites. In fact, since it’s so nutritious, I make it year-round for him. Although he doesn’t notice it, this recipe is also very allergy-friendly: GF, CF, corn-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free and sugar-free.

If you look at the photo, you’ll see a hot bun made with your Hamburger Bun recipe :-)

    Hugs!
    Pat

  5. I linked up some blissful bars! Inspiration finally came through. ;-) Lots of variety here today! Thanks for hosting, Linda! :-)

  6. Hi Linda! I am sharing my recipe for Mushrooms Stuffed With Asparagus And Bacon. This recipe is gluten free (no breadcrumbs).
    Thanks for hosting!

I love your idea of creating bar recipes! I’m on it, hopefully perfecting my power bar recipe to share!
