It’s been a busy but enjoyable week here.  We had my nephew’s wedding over the weekend and my brother in law is here from out of town.  I hope that whatever you are doing you are enjoying good gluten-free food.  If you need new ideas, you’ve come to the right place!  Browse the links below and add your own.

Giveaway: This week I have a French Meadow Bakery giveaway going on.  Be sure to enter for a chance to win some delicious brownies and tasty tortillas.

Go Ahead Honey, It’s Gluten Free! This month I am the host of this great carnival and the theme is seasonal soup.    To participate in Go Ahead Honey, you need to send me an email with the link to your post and a picture.

Last Week’s Highlights: I am highlighting soup recipes this month, and we had a nice variety of soups last week.

Your winter vegetable soup looks filling – perfect for the blustery day we are having!

Thanks for hosting. I linked up a slightly healthier version of my Garlic and Herb Pizza Crust. I realized it was so flavorful that I could increase the brown rice flour without anyone noticing. :)

  2. Hi Linda! Thanks for highlighting my Pozole!
This week I am sharing my recipe for Smoky Cauliflower Soup With Kale.
    Thanks for hosting!

  3. Hi Linda! I am sharing my recipe for Easy Meyer Lemon Roasted Chicken this week. It only has six ingredients and super simple! Thanks for hosting! And that winter carnival soup of yours looks amazing!
    ;)

Your Winter Veggie Soup looks wonderful! What a great way to warm up when we’ve still got the white stuff outside. Thanks for sharing and for hosting this linkup each week.

  5. Hi Linda –

For St. Patrick’s Day we don’t need to change our favorite meal to make it gluten-free. A Slow-Cooked Corned Beef Dinner is already gluten-free (with just an ingredient check before buying the meat) as well as dairy-free. It’s also easy as easy gets!

HI Linda! Didn’t cook any gluten free recipes this week, but thought I might share my feature called baby steps to a rockin’ life which shares tips and tricks for a happier life and helps to find more ME time which we all need. All the best, Alex

I would love to link up for your GF recipe carnival each week, but I usually post recipes on (Foodie) Fridays. Would you consider leaving your linky open longer so more people could participate? Thank you!
