Gluten-Free Wednesdays 7/7/10

Gluten-Free Wednesdays2

Welcome to Gluten-Free Wednesdays!  I hope my American readers enjoyed their holiday weekend.  I sure did.  Before I went out of town I managed to put together the round up of June’s carnival links which was posted on Sunday.  If you were too busy to take a look, you really should.  There are lots of great recipes there.  If you want to refer to the post later, you can find it at the bottom of my Gluten-Free Wednesdays page along with the review posts from previous months.

My submission for this week is:

What have you been cooking at your house?  Remember, while most people link recipes, reviews, menu plans or general gluten-free eating ideas are welcome.  Please link to an individual post and leave a link back here.  If you are new, please read the carnival guidelines.

What a great post!!! I haven't thought about zucchini bread in years…..My grandma used to make it when I was little and I LOVED it. Thanks for reminding me about a great classic and also for hosting!!

Since you posted Zucchini Bread, I will link to my Zucchini Muffins. Although, I think your bread looks much better than my muffins. And that cake. I want a bite or 40. Thanks for hosting.

Your zucchini bread looks great! I can't wait for my zucchini plants to actually produce something for me to cook with. when they do, this will be at the top of the list!

I love zucchini bread! Yours looks great, Linda. :-) I had a new post planned, but I'm behind schedule so I linked up my blueberry honey pie with honey whipped cream–gf, df, and rsf. It was great, if I do say so myself. ;-)

Zucchini rocks my socks! In fact, I ate an entire one for dinner! I will have to try your recipe!

    Hi Linda,

Thanks for the lovely comment. I know I am spoiled by having the CSA box on my doorstep. It always puts a smile on my face.

I am becoming a real fan of the almond flour, but I also really love almonds.

    Have a great week.

    Tia
